Marching Ants Marketing LLP uses a recognized, ethical and approved Payment Gateway Service provider for processing all payments. These payments are processed safely using RazorPay's (our chosen payment gateway partner) secure servers. We do not store your card data on our respective servers. RazorPay adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, Amex (American Express), JCB, Diners, Cash Cards, eWallet, mWallet, and all Domestic Debit Cards.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. The data entered by you, is encrypted at the time of processing payments and your purchase transaction data is only used as long as it's necessary to complete your transaction. Thereafter, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

The Marching Ants protocol of service is a collection of an advance payment ranging from a minimum of 50% going up to 100% depending on the choice of service(s) availed. Refunds are only permitted, if requested within the first 24 hours of registering for such service and the work has not already commenced.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details and tell us why you are requesting a refund for we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to continually improve our products and quality of service offering.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on the status of the said project. If you are approved, then the refund will be processed within 21 Days from receiving the claim, through RazorPay and the funds will be credited directly back to the account/card used at the time of payment.
